The Author is a women’s portrait photography experience in Sydney for those who want to be photographed not for a role, but for themselves. It all starts with a woman: ideas, creations, decisions, stories and life itself. Before anything happens, it first exists in her mind and soul. This session is for celebrating who you are now: a milestone birthday, personal growth, a new chapter, a creative idea, or simply the desire to try something different and see yourself in a new way. Together, we will create photographs that feel like you: cinematic, thoughtful, feminine, confident, soft, bold, playful or quietly powerful. I will help with the concept, location, clothing, mood board and gentle posing, so you do not need to arrive knowing exactly what to do. You are the author of your own story. This is your time to step into the frame. $650 up to 1.5 hours women’s portrait photoshoot in Sydney Includes: - Initial consultation via email or phone to understand your story, vision and reason for the session. - Creative direction and guidance on the mood of the shoot, including location, outfit ideas, colour palette and styling references. - A personalised mood board for your selected concept. - One main location, with the option to use nearby spots within walking distance. - Up to 2 outfit changes, if suitable for the chosen location. - Gentle posing guidance throughout the session, with a mix of cinematic portraits, natural movement, close-ups and storytelling details. - A digital gallery with all good images colour and tone adjusted. - 10 professionally retouched high-resolution images, chosen by you. - Travel within 20 km from postcode 2009.
